Jaden originally grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina but over the course of his childhood, he bounced between both Virginia and North Carolina while eventually ending up in Prince George County, VA.

Upon graduating, Jaden knew he had big plans for life. He couldn’t just work for practical reasons or with no real purpose, he needed something that allowed him to be a leader and a visionary. Thus came the search for a job that made him feel like his efforts actually mattered in the world.

Fast forward to November of 2024, in which Jaden stumbled upon ONCDC, a childcare center with a heavy focus on inclusivity. Upon his visit to the center, Jaden immediately knew he had to be a part of the wonderful team of co-teachers who made him feel like he belonged with ease.
