Week of the Young Child™ (WOYC) is a time to reach out in our communities to help work toward the guarantee that all young children thrive and learn in a society dedicated to ensuring they reach their full potential. Deb Curtis will be with us this year for the Week of the Young Child! We will be continuing our reflective practice with her and hosting the Brain Architecture game a few nights per week. Check back soon for more details and RSVP or email us now to get involved.

For the 2017 WOYC, Our Neighborhood cam together with the Central Virginia AEYC, our local NAEYC affiliate, to connect and celebrate through playing The Brain Architecture Game together. We invitied educators, medical professionals, parents, and policymakers to join us to play, learn, and show their support for early childhood education.
