Jaidyn has lived in Virginia since 2014 and attended Fluvanna County schools. She graduated early and went on to PVCC, where she earned her associate degree in Biology. She recently bought her first home with her fiancé, Ashton. Children have always been a big part of Jaidyn’s life—she’s always enjoyed babysitting or spending time with her younger cousins. She knew joining the ON team would bring her that same joy. Jaidyn also has a strong passion for animals and hopes to become a veterinarian someday. In addition to working at ON, she’s taking online classes through Penn Foster to earn her Vet Tech degree.  In her free time, you can find her coloring, shopping, or at the dog park with her dog, Barbie. One of the main things that drew her to Our Neighborhood was the philosophy. To her, this isn’t just a job—it’s so much more. She’s excited to see where her future with ON will take her.
